State of West Bengal Medical Council and Others, 2003 (9) SCC 269, the petitioner shall be permitted to practice/treat common diseases.�

Community based Health Care professionals, multipurpose workers and Primary Medical personnel have been playing an important role at the grass root level for providing Primary Health care services.
